You can exchange any item within 15 days of the package delivery date, provided the item is unused, with the original tags attached, and in its original packaging and condition.
To process an exchange, please send the package back to us, including your name, order number, and phone number inside the package. Once we receive your package, we will contact you within 1-2 business days.
